For the first time…well ever…there is a repeat author guest posting on the site.
Immediately after the success of his first article, he began writing his second. Within a matter of a week, he wrote it and sent it over. Unfortunately, at the time he sent it, there were already a number of articles in the pipeline waiting to be published.
I made a promise to him that him would arrive this week which coincidentally is the most special time of year.
He has a great outlook on life and the wisdom that he puts down on paper cannot be understated. It is my hope that you enjoy reading his work as much as I do while I edit it and get it primed for publishing.
All that being said, there is a little box that appears at the bottom of the screen. You have probably closed it already so reopen it. That box is your entry into a contest that I am running.
The winner of the contest will receive a copy of the two books that influenced my life more than any other: Start With Why and The Power of Habit.
I can’t stress enough how vital these two books are to your wellbeing. Take some time, enter the contest, and wait for the contact saying that you’ve won.
Cheers to your success,
P.S. If you haven’t downloaded my book Mindset of a Champion, I urge you to do so. The reviews are positive and the reach outs I’ve received since its release have been overwhelming. Not only will it show you how to give your life meaning but it will also give it purpose.
You can get your copy by clicking the image below.
With that, I leave it to my friend Nagraj.
Have you lost somebody close to you?
“These bodies are perishable, but the dwellers in these bodies are eternal, indestructible and impenetrable.”
Bhagavad Gita (Holy Books of Hindus)
Somewhere between the ages 8 and 10, I came to understand that at 4 months old my father died in a car accident. At 17, my mother would succumb to a heart attack.
Have you ever noticed that when someone close dies, a part of you also dies? Tragic as it may be, it is a lesson that you must accept, learn and move forward once it is over. Know that this is the beauty of life.

Until 29, my life was a total mess. I was the odd man out everywhere and found it difficult to fit in, which, in all honesty, is all that I wanted. Because of this, and you may be able to relate, trying to fit it proved to be an injustice against me. I found myself trying to be happy at the expense of the pain I was hiding.
I continually tried to not remember the pain from the passing of my parents but it proved to be difficult. Now, more than ever, I realize that I was running from a pain that I had not felt before.
It bothered me that I did not have a perfect family like others around me.
When I would see the parents of my friends, it would bring back the memory of my parents. When alone I would sit and cry and sadly, this crying led to extreme thoughts. These extreme thoughts would eventually manifest into thoughts of suicide.
I did not thrive. I survived.
It is because of all of the loving and compassionate people that surrounded me at such a young age that I stand here today with a healthy and beautiful mind. I am forever indebted to them and stand grateful for what they did.
Looking back, the thoughts of suicide make me laugh.
There are actually some cultures in India in which the people dance and (celebrate much like a party) when they have lost those closest to them. Saying this, I hope and pray that as you read this article, your loved ones are still alive and in good health. If for some reason you have lost someone, my condolences.
“The soul migrates from body to body
Weapons cannot cleave it, nor fire consume it, nor water drenches it, nor winds dry it”
When talking about the deceased, using the word ‘’lost’’ doesn’t seem right, now does it?
From a different dimension, I believe that those that leave this world, look over those who haven’t, giving guidance and making sure that they are alright. It this essence, they cannot possibly be “lost”, can they?
“Trust that everything happens for a reason, even when you are not wise enough to see it.”
Do you know your life’s purpose?
I ask this because when you pass, your soul while watching out for others, is looking back at what you accomplished and the difference you made in your life. It is looking to see that you fulfilled your life’s purpose.
When we know our life’s purpose, our life becomes full of energy. Your life’s purpose will fuel the drive within you and you will be able to do more for yourself and those around you.
Above those watching over you is God, the Universal Mind, Creator, Alien, or whatever you might call them. Think deep and believe that there is a higher power. This higher power has granted you not only the right but the ability to shape your own destinies.
Your life is yours and you are the only one responsible for it. Activate your subconscious mind and make it happen. Activate your subconscious mind and give your life purpose.
Don’t let the beliefs of society shape your destiny. Society has an unreal expectation of who you should be and will remain relentless in its pursuit of it. Discover the real you and let you shape your destiny.
“You are the creator of your own destiny”
Obvious as it may seem, you are unique and gifted. It may not seem like it, but it is the truth. On occasion, you have to go deep to find the gift inside you.
You are on a beautiful journey and should never compare your life with the life of others.
The question you must have is, “How do I activate my subconscious mind?”
In India, my country, we are a bit religious and have developed the healthy habit of praying. In my experience, praying has allowed my to receive positive thoughts, vibrations, and energy. These three things have permitted me to shape my own destiny all-the-while protecting me from harm.
“Instinct is something which transcends knowledge’’
Have you ever noticed that you often have a “gut feeling” about something or that your intuition is telling you something? A sixth sense type feeling? I have found by listening to it and utilizing its advice, it has accelerated not only my belief in myself but has allowed me, much like prayer, to shape my destiny.
If you are not aware of the power of the subconscious mind, or intuition, and you do not believe in life after death, you need to read following books:
- Power of Subconscious Mind – Joseph Murphy
- The Power of Positive Thinking – Norman Vincent Peale
- Bhagavad Gita (Holy Book of Hindus)
- Law of The Spirit World – Khorshed Bhavnagri
I will leave you as I met you, with a quote:
“Life is not a problem to be solved, but a reality to be experienced”
If you all are wondering what I am doing currently, I have started following my heart/intuition. I am enjoying my career with full devotion. In my spare time, I am addicted to books. So much so that I read all the time! Other than that, I spend my time traveling, writing, and listening to music. Finally, and most importantly, I am just enjoying life.
May the abundance be on you and you find your passion.
